License

This software is released as is. No guarantee or warranty of any kind is provided. Use at your own risk.

That said, CyprixWeb is released under a dual license:

We encourage the use of the GPL licenses, however if you don't wish to use any of the GNU GPL v2 or later licenses, you can organise a commercial license from Cyprix Enterprises for the CyprixWeb and other Cyprix released code.

This means that you need to decide which licence you wish to use. Please use the matrix at http://gplv3.fsf.org/dd3-faq to help you decide. Our preference is for the use of the "GNU GPL v2 or later", allowing the most amount of freedom for our end users.

Commercial License

Any commercial license for the CyprixWeb core or other Cyprix released plugins needs to be directly negotiated with Cyprix Enteprises
